Brodsky Quartet have been at the forefront of the international chamber music scene for over four decades. Their energy and craftsmanship have won them numerous awards and international accolades. In Beethoven’s 250th anniversary year, they perform the richly refined F major quartet, one of his very last works. Opening with Wolf’s popular Italian Serenade and Puccini’s moving tribute to a lost friend, the programme concludes with Ravel’s scintillating early twentieth-century work.

After this concert there will be Morris and Country Dancing outside as part of the Church’s Patronal Festival. The Abbots Bromley Horn Dance will take place at 10.15pm.
