Thaxted Ghost Walk

Don’t miss the chance for encounters with night-time Thaxted; the event was a sell out success in last year’s Festival Extras.

Meet at Thaxted Church, North Porch. Back by popular request, expert guide Ken Baker will conduct a night-time walk around the centre of Thaxted to experience some of its hidden histories. If you enjoy the delights of Thaxted by day, you’ll be fascinated by the stories which unfold after dark. Places on the tour are limited, so be sure to book early. The walk will be along paths in the dark, some of which may be uneven.

Venue: Thaxted Parish Church
Tickets: £12. Age 30 and under: £10. Strictly advance booking only; places limited.

“…this was a wonderfully enjoyable and engaging performance that really punched above its weight. The audience in Thaxted clearly loved it and were fully engaged, whilst this experienced reviewer was carried away as well.”

“2 terrific concerts I heard with London Mozart Players.”
Thaxted Festival concertgoer
“I think Gustav is smiling down to see how his memory and that of his best friend and colleague Ralph Vaughan Williams are honoured by the expertly played pieces they both composed.”
